These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, store owners, and any other parties who access or use our services.

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes. You must not: • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings. • Infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights. • Use the Platform to harass, abuse, or harm other users. • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform. • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to extract data without our written permission. • Misrepresent the condition, price, or ownership of any two-wheeler listed.

To post listings or access certain features, you must register for an account. You are responsible for: • Providing accurate and complete registration information. • Keeping your login credentials secure and confidential. • All activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. By registering, you confirm that all information provided is truthful and up to date.

When you post a listing or any content on the Platform: • You confirm that you own or have the legal right to sell the item listed. • You grant Duipangre a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce, and promote your listing on the Platform. • You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your listing content, including photos, pricing, and vehicle details. • We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these terms, is fraudulent, or is deemed inappropriate at our sole discretion.

Duipangre offers free and paid subscription plans for individual users and store owners. • Subscription fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. • Paid plans are activated upon confirmation of payment. • We reserve the right to modify plan pricing or features with reasonable prior notice. • Subscription upgrades or downgrades are subject to admin approval where applicable. • Store accounts found to have violated these terms may have their subscriptions cancelled without refund.

Duipangre is a classified marketplace. We facilitate connections between buyers and sellers but are not a party to any transaction. • We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of items listed. • We do not verify ownership documents unless specifically noted. • All negotiations, payments, and transfers of ownership are solely between buyers and sellers. • We strongly recommend buyers verify vehicle documentation and conduct physical inspections before purchase.

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to logos, design, text, graphics, and software, is the property of Duipangre Nepal Pvt. Ltd. and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Duipangre Nepal Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for: • Any loss or damage arising from your use of or reliance on information on the Platform. • Disputes between buyers and sellers. • Fraudulent listings posted by third-party users. • Interruptions, errors, or downtime of the Platform. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the preceding three months.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions that should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will remain in effect.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nepal.

We may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or a notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
